The volume “Materia-design andata e ritorno”

 

The last stage of the exhibition Materia-design andata e ritorno, that took place in Rome from 15th to 22nd November, was the occasion to present the Mario Guerra volume: an artistic and photographic reportage about household appliances design and recycling.

 The opening of the last stage, on the 15th November at the Angelica Library at S. Agostino Square in Rome, was more than a vernissage: in fact during this occasion, Ecodom presented the Materia-design andata e ritorno volume in the presence of the author, of the Ecodom Vice-President Paolo Falcioni, and of Giancarlo Martino, Industrial design teacher at the Univerisity La Sapienza in Roma. Moreover the association promoted a Round Table concering sustainability in the household appliances sector.

Autumn Creations – Velvet menu

Gellius restaurant in Oderzo (Treviso), run by Adriano Fumis and Alessandro Breda, boasts a Michelin star and combines culinary tradition with innovation, welcoming its guests to a unique and refined setting steeped in history.

The partnership between Gellius and Barazza has resulted in “Autumn Creations”, the first menu exclusively for the Velvet Touch Screen oven. It offers a complete dinner from appetizer to dessert, which experiments with Italian regional tradition, enhanced by new interpretations.

  

How to download the “Autumn Creations” menu

  • Connect to the website Velvet

             

  • Go to the section “Recipes” and download the pdf of the menu

       

  • Download the latest software in the “Software update” section onto a USB pen drive (important: the pen drive must contain and keep the “BARAZZA\ SOFTWARE\: software update” path inside so that the oven software recognises the folders in which to find the files)
  • Enter the “Settings”\”Update” menu, insert the pen drive and update the new software

        

How to use the “Autumn Creations” menu

  • Enter the second screen “Automatic cooking”, select Gellius Menu 1, and then selectùthe recipe of your choice

     

  • Follow the instructions and start cooking
